Sir Clinton Dawkins
Sir Clinton Dawkins was a civil servant and high-powered City banker. He was, along with fellow Robert Lewis client Earl Grey, a forthright member of the Coefficients club, a collection of leading lights whose aim was to further the ends of the British Empire.
