A classic Corona Gorda size, this cigar is the ideal introduction to the sweet, easy-going, light-to-medium bodied James J. Fox Selección. Full of charm and exceptionally well-balanced. Worthy of a place in any humidor.
The James J. Fox Seleccion is comprised of three sizes and they are all handmade using long filler tobacco leaf, in the Danli Cigar Factory, Honduras. Honduran tobacco is predominant in the blend, with a small quantity of Nicaraguan lead included to provide depth and body.
The presentation is inspired by the tradition James J. Fox had for developing bespoke lines in partnership with some of the grand marques of Havana, This is a tradition that began in the 19th century and only concluded in the 1980s.
This new line has been developed in a collaborative undertaking involving the Fox teams in London and Dublin. The process took over two years to complete. In this case, the historically evocative phrase "specially selected by James J Fox London & Dublin" stamped on each every box seems entirely appropriate and well earned.
