Partagas was the first brand to be honoured with a second Gran Reserva. After the Lusitania Gran Reserva in 2013 the Serie E No.2 arrived eight years later in 2021.
This decision reflects the truth that the full flavoured, earthy Partagas blend lends itself particularly well to ageing. The Serie E No.2 is a more modern vitola (shape) than the Lusitania and devotees of wide ring gauges will find this format an ideal foil to released all of the world famous Partagas taste, while the extra age of the leaves (five years in bale before rolling) has softened some of the edges and rounded out the blend into something that can only be created with extremely good quality tobacco, matured over many years.

For all cigars we advise that they are stored in a humidor at no higher than 21°C and between 65-70% relative humidity. If no humidor is available, we would recommend a plastic zip-lock bag with a small spray of distilled water. This will keep the cigars fresh for up to three months.
