This Trinidad trunk was released in celebration the brand’s 55th anniversary at the 2024 Habanos World Days, London, gala dinner.
Containing fifty-five Trinidad Fundadores that have been aged in Cuba for ten years, the humidor also introduces Habanos’ new Vintage program. Habanos say that these Fundadores “are under the unprecedented ‘Vintage 10,’ a new aging concept regulated by the Regulatory Council of the Habanos Protected Appellations of Origin, which certifies that these vitolas have been aged in perfect conditions for a period of 10 to 14 years.”
Just 1,000 of these pieces have made by French accessories manufacturer S.T. Dupont.
The Fundadores is the original Trinidad size and was for many years the only commercially available cigar from the brand. It shares its length with the Cohiba Lanceros (7 ½”) but is ever so slightly wider, with two more ring gauge points. It is medium bodied and, with the extra age that these cigars have acquired, will provide a smoke full of charm, refinement and exceptional balance.Please contact us directly for delivery freddie@jjfox.co.uk
For all cigars we advise that they are stored in a humidor at no higher than 21°C and between 65-70% relative humidity. If no humidor is available, we would recommend a plastic zip-lock bag with a small spray of distilled water. This will keep the cigars fresh for up to three months.
