Vegueros translates into English as ‘farmers’ and these cigars have happily maintained their rustic edge. The name of each new vitola also draws inspiration from the Cuban farmers’ vocabulary.
Originally introduced to the market in 1996 as a full flavoured tribute to the countless generations of men and women that have cultivated tobacco in the world-famous plantations of Pinar del Rio, the brand was relaunched in 2013 with a new medium-to-full bodied blend.
The ‘Centrofinos’ is a classification for the leaves of the sun-grown tobacco plant harvested from around mid-way up the plant. This cigar is a unique size within the Habanos portfolio and the largest of the Vegueros range. It is presented in tins of 16 and packs of 4.

For all cigars we advise that they are stored in a humidor at no higher than 21°C and between 65-70% relative humidity. If no humidor is available, we would recommend a plastic zip-lock bag with a small spray of distilled water. This will keep the cigars fresh for up to three months.
